• I offer life coaching centered on encouragement, discernment, and coming back home to yourself. This work is steady, reflective, and supportive, designed to help you find clarity and peace in the midst of real life.

  • No. This is not therapy, counseling, or medical care. Coaching is a supportive space for reflection, insight, and growth, but it does not replace licensed mental health services.

  • My work is spiritually grounded and guided by prayer, wisdom, and discernment. Faith shapes how I listen and respond, but I do not impose beliefs or language. You are always free to engage at your own comfort level.

  • Sessions are held by phone and last approximately 60 minutes. You’ll receive simple instructions after booking, and sessions are designed to feel calm, focused, and unrushed.

  • Anything that feels heavy, confusing, or tender. People often bring questions about relationships, parenting, transitions, faith, decision-making, or feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Whatever you bring to the table is confidential on my end, no judgement.

  • No. I won’t direct your choices or give prescriptive advice. My role is to help you hear your own inner wisdom more clearly and move forward with confidence and peace.

  • No. This work does not involve prediction or fortune-telling. It is about presence, clarity, discernment, and encouragement in the here and now.

  • Life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible so your session can be rescheduled. Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded.

  • If you’re longing for steadiness, honest reflection, encouragement, and a compassionate voice alongside you, this work may be a good fit. You don’t need to have everything figured out — just a willingness to show up.

  • My work is primarily focused on supporting women. In limited cases, I do work with men by referral or discernment. I reserve the right to determine fit on a case-by-case basis.
